Dear Jim
Many, many thanks for the Autumn edition of Cruiser which you very kindly dedicated to my father. The kind words published in the magazine have brought home to me how lucky he was to be surrounded by such a great bunch of friends who shared the same passion.
I know in his own way he was very proud of being presented with a lifetime honorary membership of the WPCA although he was suitability embarrassed by all the fuss. He also thoroughly enjoyed the companionship of being a member of the association and, having been lucky enough to attended one or two of the events as a guest, I can fully understand why.
Finally would you please pass on my and my family’s heart felt thanks to everybody within WPCA for making Dad’s time in Weymouth so wonderful. I know he would not have changed it for the world.
